MAKITA × COYOTE VS. ACME: BRINGING WILE E. COYOTE TO LIFE

To celebrate the release of Coyote vs. ACME, we partnered with award-winning sculptor Ed Elliott to bring one of animation's most iconic characters to life. Using our tools throughout the creative process, Ed created a one-of-a-kind Wile E. Coyote sculpture, transforming an idea into reality through craftsmanship, creativity and the right tools for the job.

A Collaboration Built on Craftsmanship
For decades, Wile E. Coyote has relied on ACME's famously unreliable inventions in pursuit of the Road Runner. In Coyote vs. ACME, those mishaps finally come to a head as Wile E. takes ACME to court over years of faulty products and failed inventions.

That made this collaboration a natural fit. While the film celebrates one of popular culture's most iconic running gags, our partnership focused on what happens when the right tools are in the right hands. Working with Makita tools throughout the build, Ed carefully crafted a detailed sculpture that captures the determination and personality of Wile E. Coyote.
